The good news and the bad news is that there are a million different tactics you can undertake to retain members. The goal of this session is to get as many good (your good may be someone else’s bad) and bad (your bad may be someone else’s good) membership retention tactics presented in 75 minutes. Who:  There are 8,000 members in ASAE’s Greater Washington Network. It’s a mix of association professionals at all levels and those who work with them. Many of them show up at the Happy Hours.
