Membership Retention: Rock stars and Stink bombs! Membership retention is the lifeblood of any association. The good news and the bad news is that there are a million different tactics you can undertake to retain members. The goal of this session is to get as many good (your good may be someone else’s bad) and bad (your bad may be someone else’s good) membership retention tactics presented in 75 minutes. Join us to share your ideas as well as hear from your membership colleagues.

Fundraising Social media, direct mail, telephone campaigns; the list can go on and on what you have tried and where you have seen success and flops. Come to the table with campaigns that “knocked it out of the park” and those that you learned some valuable lessons from.
